The CFIC opened its community in Ohio in the year 2010 at Holy Cross church. St. Elizabeth Church was entrusted to care of CFIC fathers on July 12, 2016. The members take care of the parish as well as serve as chaplains at near by hospitals in Columbus. At present, Fr. Antony Varghese serves as the Parochial Administrator of St. Elizabeth and Fr. Jesse and Fr. Sudhakarreddy serve as hospital chaplains.
Saint Elizabeth Parish is a community of Catholic Christian believers providing an environment conducive to spiritual growth and supporting members’ needs. Spiritual needs are served by sharing sacraments and liturgy in the light of Scripture and Catholic tradition. Social needs are served by sharing fellowship with sisters and brothers in and beyond the community. Faith formation and intellectual growth are served by providing and receiving Christian education at all ages. Special needs of parish members and the community as a whole are addressed. Through words and actions, and guided by Christian concern, God is made known in homes, workplaces and throughout the world.
The community is currently made up of:
|Fr. Antony Varghese Chooravady, CFIC, Pastor & Superior of the Community||Fr. Jesse Chi Chick, CFIC, Hospital Chaplain||Fr. Sudhakar Reddy Thirumala Reddy, CFIC, Hospital Chaplain|
